We are growing and looking for talented professionals to join us as we open our Clifton center.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA to join our founding clinical team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, collaborate closely with families, and help shape the culture of a new practice built on thoughtful, child-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and support generalization
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and family collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practice
- New Jersey licensure or eligibility to obtain
Preferred
- Experience in a center-based ABA setting
- Familiarity with naturalistic and play-based ABA approaches
- Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
